Terms and Conditions

  1. By making a reservation at Tai Hirion Camping Site, you have entered into a contract with us. You acknowledge that you understand and accept the following T&C on behalf of yourself and any other party members. Your removal from the site or a refusal of your booking at check-in are possible consequences of not adhering to our terms and conditions.

  2. Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8am. If you would want to continue conversing outside after 10pm., we suggest that you find an alternative camp site. If you don’t follow our “quiet period” you’ll be told to leave the area.

  3. I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT BOOKINGS FOR MORE THAN TWO PITCHES ONLY ON THE WHOLE SITE ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY THE SITE The site’s goal is to maintain a peaceful environment that families, couples, and hikers can enjoy. We enforce a strict policy of no driving or noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am on site. Staff at Tai Hirion Camping will ask you to leave and not provide refunds if they discover that you are joining more than one pitch on the entire site.

  4. I/WE AGREE BY CONFIRMING BOOKING I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A NON REFUNABLE BOOKING FEE. THE BALANCE FOR MY/OUR HOLIDAY IS DUE 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SITE IF PAYMENT ISN’T MADE WITHIN THE 14 DAYS I/WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE HOLIDAY WILL BE CANCELLED.

  5. I/We understand that the holiday will be cancelled if payment is not received within the allotted fourteen days. IN FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING IF YOU MADE YOUR BOOKING WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF YOUR HOLIDAY. If you decide to shorten your holiday for any reason, including a change in weather conditions, you will not receive a refund.

  6. ALL BOOKED DATES MUST BE PAID FOR. Purchasing your own cancellation or holiday insurance is strongly advised in order to cover any lost vacation time or equipment damage.

  7. I/we am aware that arrival times are from 2 to 7.30 p.m. We apologise, but there isn’t a holding place for early arrivals. Any late or early arrival times must be arranged by phoning the office.

  8. On the day of departure, I/we certify that the pitch must be cleared by 11 a.m.

  9. We/I comprehend On-site use of illegal drugs is prohibited.

  10. I/we committed to refraining from making noise or operating a vehicle between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

  11. I/we am aware that traffic laws are in effect. I/we am aware that intoxicated drivers will face legal action from the authorities.

  12. I/We agree to abide by all posted 5 mph speed limits.

  13. There are no day visitors present.

  14. I/we agree that if there are children in our group, we are responsible for them and that they must be constantly watched over while we are there, even in the facility block. We also agree that they cannot climb fences, walls, or other structures, or enter neighbouring farms or buildings.

  15. I/we agree that if a dog is present, it must always be kept on a short leash. Dogs are not permitted to enter the shower/toilet facilities at anytime. Dogs should never be left alone. We will not allow your dog to bark excessively at any time of day or night. If the dog poses a risk to other visitors or is an annoyance, we reserve the right to request that the owner remove it from the property.

  16. I/We attest that we will refrain from having campfires or firepits on the property, and that while BBQs are allowed, they must be elevated off the grass.

  17. I/we acknowledge that while at Tai Hirion Camping Site, the owners shall not be liable for any fatalities, injuries, or loss or damage to the client’s property.

  18. I/We acknowledge that Tai Hirion Camping has the right to reject admission or end a visitor’s stay if their behaviour endangers the property or other guests.

  19. I/we acknowledge that the on-site guest WiFi should only be used for surfing and that downloading is not permitted. Owing to our site’s stunning rural setting, there may occasionally be periods when the connection or signal is spotty or non-existent. We regret any trouble this may have caused and regret that we are unable to guarantee the service.

  20. I/We acknowledge that re-cycling of your waste must be made in the re-cycling area specifically located on site.

  21. Data Protection: We will store any information gathered from this booking on our systems to help us with your reservation; we will not disclose this information with any outside parties.
